Coordination means BBA executes your existing plan. We are not creating the wedding from the beginning, so coordination does not include sourcing vendors, developing the budget, creating the design, negotiating every proposal, researching venues or managing planning through the year. When should we book you?
We recommend booking 12 to 18 months in advance, especially for multi-day weddings.
Do you travel?
Yes. We plan weddings throughout the U.S. and internationally, with a dedicated practice on Lake Como.
Do you specialize in cultural weddings?
Absolutely. We have deep expertise in Traditional, South Asian, Fusion, and multicultural celebrations.
What is the investment?
Every proposal is built to the scope of the celebration: the number of events, the guest count, the destination, and which of our three doors you walk through. We share the investment after a discovery call.
